Course Description
This exercise routine will tour 30 minutes involves all the major muscle groups in your body, which helps build muscle and lose weight by increasing the metabolism. This routine takes 2 to 3 times per week.
training instructions
Training functions will be completed within three rounds using an interval timer (our favorite):
Set the timer to 50 seconds from the interval timer to 10 seconds and repeat 30 cycles
Perform each exercise for 50 seconds, taking 10 seconds to catch your breath and get into position for next year fitness at home without equipment
Perform a full course of a decade, and repeat two more times to complete a comprehensive training fitness at home without equipment
When you are finished, spend five minutes stretching each major muscle group.
